A Service Company
We believe that our success over the years is
based on a shared personal commitment to each of our
clients to establish a solid TRUSTING working relationship,
to provide with minimal compromise a completed project which
meets schedule, budget, and most importantly exceeds their expectations.
BRV is proud that we have and continue to accomplish this. Our greatest asset
in accomplishing this and the success we have derived has been those who work with us,
our management and construction personnel. Many of who have been with us for upwards of
eighteen years. In addition to a project's assgined team, there will be either co-owners
Ron or Diego directly involved. This helps us better serve our clients and allows them
a level of comfort that ownership is directly involved. It has been a working formula
for us over the years as most of our customers are referred or repeat clients.
History
The company began in 1985 founded by Bruce L. Batchelor, (now deceased), Ronald W. Loheide and joined in partnership shortly thereafter by Diego R. Castro. The three partners having worked together
in the construction industry for many years decided to combine their talents to form a company
focused on a strong commitment to reliability, performance, quality, and customer service.
Recalls Ron Loheide, President, "Our first project in 1985 was Studebaker's Lounge
at Town and Country Plaza in Miami, a restaurant and lounge, which featured oldies
music. We did not realize at the time that this type of construction, (restaurant
facilities), would eventually become somewhat of a specialty for us. [Since then],
we have developed a large restaurant client base, some of which include McDonalds,
Wendy's, Dunkin Donuts and Panera Bread."
Future Goals
Staying competitive is a constant moving target. Dealing with labor issues and the cost volatility of certain construction materials
does not make things easier. We attempt to self perform as many aspects of the project as we can. Although limiting, this allows us the ability of more control, which saves time,
cost, and provides us a competitive edge. In addition we are always looking for better means and methods with on going projects that will provide, without
compromise, a more cost effective way of accomplishing a given activity. If successful we apply this to our bidding process on the next similar situation.
Value engineering a project to reduce cost has also assisted us with being and remaining competitive.
